Yes, all GoMacro MacroBars are certified organic, non-GMO Project Verified, and made with high-quality, sustainably sourced ingredients.
How long will my bars stay fresh?
Our bars typically have a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture. You can find the specific 'Best By' date printed on the back of every individual wrapper.
Do you offer free shipping on orders?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. For orders under $50, a flat-rate shipping fee is applied at checkout.
Are your products safe for people with nut allergies?
While we offer nut-free flavors, all our products are manufactured in a facility that processes peanuts and tree nuts. We follow strict cleaning and segregation protocols to prevent cross-contamination.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
Can I modify or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled ship date.
